Stress is not caused by the problems itself and our bad experiences but rather it’s more of attitude on how we reacted to them. So, the trick is to change your attitude and to develop a relaxed state, because you cannot be stressed and relaxed at the same time. Eventually, it’s your choice. You ought to either retain to react within the same stressful manner, or you choose to improve your approach by way of converting your mindset.
